How to Apply?

  Step 1: Visit the official site of NTA Click on “Apply online” of application form link.   Step 2: Candidates need to register online  Official website – To complete the registration process, he/she will have to enter a valid email Id and phone number.   Step 3: Completing the NEET 2020 application Post completion of the registration process, the registration Id and password generated will be sent to the registered email Id and mobile number of the candidate. He/she has to use these login credentials to access the application form of NEET 2020. To complete the form, he/she has to fill in the required personal details, academic details, exam centre preference, etc.   Step 4: Uploading scanned images Candidates have to upload the scanned image of a recent passport-sized photograph and signature. These have to be in JPG/JPEG format only.   Step 5: Application fee NEET 2020 application form cannot be submitted without paying the prescribed non-refundable application fee. Candidates who belong to the general or OBC category have to pay an application fee of Rs 1400, whereas those belonging to the reserved categories such as ST/SC/PWD have to pay Rs 750.   Step 6: Print the confirmation page Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the filled application and payment receipt for future use.

Indian, Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), Foreign Nationals and Non-resident Indians (NRIs) candidates will be considered as eligible and can fill up the NEET 2020 application form.  

Age Limit

The Minimum age limit (General Category) to apply for NEET 2020 exam should be 17 Years. However, the maximum age limit is 25 Years.   Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH should have their birthdate between 07.05.1988 and 01.01.2002.

Educational Qualification Criteria:

To apply for NEET exam 2020, you must have passed Higher Secondary Examination (12th board examination) with Chemistry, Physics, and Biology/ Biotechnology with minimum 50% marks in each subject. Candidates from National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or any State Open School are also eligible to apply. Note: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam can also apply for NEET 2020 exam.

Correction in Application Form

Correction Date for NEET Application: The application form correction for NEET 2020 exam will start from January 1st Week, 2019 (tentative). NEET Application Correction Procedure: A form will be provided for correction facility such as uploading images, signature, etc. Please note that this is a onetime opportunity, so use this chance carefully. To make the changes, visit the official site, now click on the ‘candidate’s login’. Submit your registration number and password. Now click on the form correction link, make changes and submit the form.  

Language Choices

You will get the question paper in the following languages: Hindi, English, Assamese, Urdu, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Kannada and Bengali.  

Exam Pattern:

The exam includes questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology curriculum of class XI and XII. Both Physics and Chemistry have 45 questions each. Biology has 90 questions divided equally among Botany and Zoology. The paper will have only multiple-choice questions. 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. For each correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded. 45 questions are assigned to Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology, each.

All the aspirants of JEE are informed that JEE main 2020 application form has been released on 3rd September 2019. National Testing Agency (NTA) organizes JEE Main Exam twice in a year – January & April sessions.

As per the eligibility criteria for, a few changes in the pattern of the question paper(s) and number of question(s) for B.E./B.Tech has been approved by the JEE Apex Board (JAB) for the conduct of JEE (Main)-2020 Examination.

There is no age limit for the candidates to appear in JEE Main 2020 Examination. The candidates who have passed their 12th Examination in 2018, 2019 and appearing in 2020 are eligible to JEE Main Examination 2020.

Those candidates who cleared the class 12 exam in 2017 or before 2017 are not eligible to appear for JEE Main 2020 exam.

Candidates, who desire to appear in January JEE (Main) –2020, may see the detailed Information Bulletin available on NTA Website and apply for the same only online between 03.09.2019 (Tuesday) and 30.09.2019 (Monday).

Candidates must have at least 5 subjects in class 12 exam or equivalent exam. Where Math, Physics and Chemistry are the essential subjects.

Smart phones not only causes distraction in studies but also affects health and may cause long-term, incurable Side effects. Nearby 63% of smartphone users of age 16-25 fall asleep with a cell phones.  Instead of making us more connected, smartphones could be making us more isolated. From age 14-22, around 52% of the students spending more than 4 hours a day on electronic gadgets and get improper sleep, that is causing long term high B.P. and weigh gain. In which 27% of them are at high risk of depression. 86% of smartphone users will check their device while speaking with friends and family. Research study has shown that most of the student are facing problems in concentration. While studying and they blame out to the outside distractions for their problem. But the main root of distraction is lack of passion, Interest and determination. It is because knowingly or unknowingly, students are indulging themselves in unwanted thoughts. Distractions that hinders their output and hamper their careers in the long run. For IIT-JEE or NEET aspirant, you must avoid distractions during your preparation. Because it is a golden period of your life. Your hard work towards your goal will decide better future for you. So, stay focused and avoid unwanted thoughts.
