Solution:
For the case that POR is a line
∠POR and ∠QOR are linear parts
∠POR + ∠QOR = 180°
Also, given that,
∠POR = 3x and ∠QOR = 2x + 10
2x + 10 + 3x = 180
5x + 10 = 180
5x = 180 – 10
5x = 170
x = 34
Hence the value of x is 34°
