Methylation of $10 \mathrm{~g}$ of benzene gave $9.2 \mathrm{~g}$ of toluene. Calculate the percentage yield of toluene - (Nearest integer)

Solution:

$\frac{\mathrm{A}_{\mathrm{y}}}{\mathrm{T}_{\mathrm{y}}}=\%$ yield $=\frac{9.2}{920} \times 78 \times 100 \Rightarrow 78 \%$

the question nothing say about chlorine atom then why it included in reaction??
