About JEE Main 2020 Exam (Session 2)

Joint Entrance Exam Main, commonly known as the JEE Main, is engineering entrance exam in india. Joint Entrance Exam Main is used to identify candidates for admission to undergraduate engineering programs at top engineering colleges in India, such as National Institute of Technology (NITs) and Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), among others. Joint Entrance Exam Main (JEE Main) is also qualifying exam for JEE Advanced. JEE Main exam 2020 (Session 2) is administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Some information about the JEE Main 2020 Exam, particularly Session 2 is given below:

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the new dates of JEE Main 2020 for April session. The exams will now be held on 5th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 11th April 2020 instead of 3rd to 9th April 2020. The registration process for JEE Main 2020 (session 2) will begin on February 7th to March 7th.

JEE Main 2020 (session 2) exam will be conducted in morning and evening shifts at 255 test centres across India and abroad.

NTA will conduct 2 papers, Paper 1, and Paper 2, in computer mode with the exception of the drawing section (B.Arch) of Paper 2. Paper 2 has been split into 2 papers, B.Plan, and B.Arch.
