Terms and Conditions for Enrollment at eSaral Gurukul Offline Institute for JEE/NEET Preparation

  1. Course Materials: The institute will provide necessary course materials and resources as per the enrolled program.
  2. Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory for optimal learning and progress. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually.
  3. Code of Conduct: Students must adhere to the institute's code of conduct, refraining from any disruptive behavior, disrespect towards faculty or peers, or any actions detrimental to the learning environment.
  4. Discipline: Any disciplinary issues, including academic misconduct or behavioral infractions, will be addressed as per institute policies, which may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the program.
  5. Communication: All official communications, including notices, announcements, and updates, will be conveyed through the institute's designated channels. Students are responsible for regularly checking and responding to institute communications.
  6. Personal Belongings: The institute is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought onto the premises by students.
  7. Safety and Security: Students are expected to comply with safety and security protocols established by the institute to ensure the well-being of all individuals on campus.
  8. Academic Integrity: Students must uphold academic integrity principles, refraining from plagiarism, cheating, or any other form of academic dishonesty.
  9. Health and Wellness: Students are encouraged to maintain their physical and mental well-being. The institute may provide support services or resources to assist students in this regard.
  10. Parent/Guardian Communication: For students under the age of 18, regular communication with parents or guardians regarding academic progress and institute-related matters is encouraged.
  11. Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee is required upon enrollment to secure a place in the program.
  12. Fee Refund: No refunds will be issued for the registration fee or course materials. Refunds for tuition fees are subject to the institute's refund policy, as outlined in the document below.
  13. Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from enrollment or participation in the program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of KOTA (Rajasthan) only.
  14. Amendments: The institute reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at its discretion, with prior notice to enrolled students.

By enrolling in the eSaral Gurukul Offline Institute for JEE/NEET Preparation, students agree to abide by the above terms and conditions and any additional policies or regulations set forth by the institute.

 

Code of Conduct for Students at eSaral Gurukul Offline Institute for JEE/NEET Preparation:

  1. Respect: Treat fellow students, faculty, staff, and visitors with respect and courtesy at all times. Any disciplinary actions, including actions against the institution or spreading abuse about the institution, faculty, or individuals, will result in immediate expulsion.
  2. Academic Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of academic integrity by refraining from plagiarism, cheating, or any other form of academic dishonesty.
  3. Attendance: Attend all scheduled classes and activities punctually, and notify the institute in advance of any absences or tardiness.
  4. Participation: Actively engage in classroom discussions, group activities, and academic exercises to maximize learning opportunities.
  5. Professionalism: Conduct oneself in a professional manner, demonstrating maturity, responsibility, and accountability in all interactions and endeavors.
  6. Discipline: Adhere to institute rules, regulations, and policies, and accept responsibility for one's actions.
  7. Cooperation: Collaborate with peers, faculty, and staff in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork to foster a supportive learning environment.
  8. Safety: Prioritize personal safety and the safety of others by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines established by the institute.

  12. Personal Conduct: Behave in a manner that reflects positively on oneself and the institute, both on and off campus.
  13. Compliance: Comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as institute policies and regulations.
  14. Dress Code: Adhere to the institute's dress code guidelines, maintaining a neat and professional appearance while on campus.

By enrolling in the eSaral Gurukul Offline Institute for JEE/NEET Preparation, students agree to abide by the above Code of Conduct and uphold the values and principles it embodies. Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the institute.

Fee Refund Rule eSaral Gurukul Classroom (Offline) Programme

eSaral Gurukul Classroom Programme provides students with an enriching offline educational experience aimed at academic excellence. As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, we have established a comprehensive fee refund policy to address various circumstances that may necessitate a refund of fees paid by students. It is important for students and guardians to understand the terms and conditions outlined herein regarding fee refunds for the Gurukul Classroom Programme. This policy delineates the conditions under which refunds are applicable, the process for obtaining a refund, and other pertinent details regarding the refund procedure. By familiarizing oneself with this policy, students and guardians can ensure a smooth and efficient refund process, should the need arise.

Fixed Deductions

  • The registration fee of Rs. 5000/- and the student kit amount of Rs. 10000/- are non-refundable.

  • These fees represent the minimum costs already expended by the institute on behalf of each student. 

  • The registration fee covers administrative expenses and initial setup costs.

  • The student kit amount includes materials, resources, and equipment allocated specifically for the student's use throughout the program.

  • As these costs are incurred upfront to facilitate the student's participation, they are fixed and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Fee Deduction Slab Based on Remaining Days:

In addition to fixed deductions, the following deductions will also be made based on the commencement date of class until the date they have communicated via written application.

Note:

  • Number of days will be calculated from the date of course commencement, it will not be calculated from the date when the student joined the course. The above table is also for students who do not attend any class and deposit fees.

  • No fee refund shall be made under any circumstance after joining “Short term and/or online courses”.

  • In the event of a refund pursuant to the payment arrangement facilitated through EMI/Loan obtained from eSaral's authorized vendors, an additional sum of Rs.100 per day shall be levied as an additional deduction.

  • Any disciplinary actions, including actions against the institution or spreading abuse about the institution, faculty, or individuals, will result in immediate expulsion. Upon expulsion, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

Process for Fee Refund

  • Submit fee refund application mentioning reason of refund request with attachment of original fee receipt/ ID card/ and one canceled cheque to eSaral Gurukul management.

  • SMS/ verbal/ whatsapp communications Shall not be acceptable for fee refund.

  • Fee refund will only be issued through online mode to the account number mentioned in the canceled cheque.

  • Fee refund shall be done within 21 working days after the refund application is approved.

  • Any legal matter/ dispute related to fee refund is subjected to jurisdiction of KOTA (Rajasthan) only.

  • The management of eSaral reserves the sole right to decide in the matter of fee refund.
