Solution:

Slope of the $y$-axis $=\infty$

$\therefore$ Slope of the tangent $\frac{\mathrm{dy}}{\mathrm{dx}}=\infty$

$\frac{\mathrm{dx}}{\mathrm{dy}}=\frac{1}{\infty}=0$
