IIT Bombay Cutoff for 2024 has been released for the popular courses B.E./B.Tech. JoSAA releases results of  Round 4 for seat allotment in the format of Opening and Closing Ranks for categories namely General, OBC, SC, ST, and PwD. In the year 2024, JoSAA will conduct counseling in 5 rounds only.

• JoSAA will release the result of counseling of round 5 on 17th July’24

• The Date of the IIT JAM 

• exam has been announced for admission to M.Sc courses. It will be held on Feb 2’25.

• The GATE exam 2025 date has been announced for MTech courses conducted on Feb 1, 2,15, and 16 2025. The application process will begin in August 2024.

IIT Bombay JEE Advanced Cutoff-Last Round (Out)

• Cut Off for 2024 has been released for the courses B.Tech, Integrated B.tech, and B.Arch programs in the form of opening and Closing ranks. The ranks varied between the 68 and 7430. For B.Tech CSE there is high competition among general category students who came under AI general Quota.

•  In the year 2024, compared to the last 2 years, there is a declining trend for B.Tech CSE courses in round 5 of counseling in closing ranks. It is 67 in 2023 and 60 in 2022.

• In the case of the OBC category, the cutoff for the year 2024 of the IIT Bombay BTech course ranged between 50 and 3506. In general category BTech in CSE course has the lowest cut-off for OBC students making it remarkably competitive for students to be in IIT Bombay

IIT Bombay JEE Advanced 2024 Eligibility Criteria 

In order to be eligible for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay):

• Candidates must first be qualified in the Joint Examinations Main (JEE Main). The exact cut-off for JEE Main may vary annually.
