IIT Kharagpur JEE Advanced Cutoff 2024: Latest Trends and Insights
JEE Mains & Advanced
IIT Kharagpur is one of the oldest and most premium institutions among all IITs. JEE Advanced cut-off for the year 2024 is announced. The cut-off is important for students who seek admission to premium institutes. Based on cutoffs students are given the branches they chose. It is the minimum rank a student should achieve to be eligible for admission to premium institutions.
In 2024 Computer Science and Engineering prove to be the most competitive course with an opening rank of 226 and a closing rank of 414. This means students ranging between 226 to 414 may seek admission to IIT Kharagpur in round 1 of counseling. These students have a chance to opt for the branch of B.Tech they desire.
However, counseling sessions by JoSAA concluded by round 5 of counseling, and the opening ranks ranged from 414 to the closing rank of 20427. The most popular branch was usual CSE branch attracting high competition among students. The second one was the B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence which attracted the competition in second place. The less competitive branch was B.Tech in Architecture.
