IIT Madras Placements
IIT Madras has a placement cell that conducts various activities to help students prepare for group discussion and interviews. The cell conducts workshops on communication skills and personality development for students. Mock tests and practice sessions are conducted on aptitude, quantitative ability, logical and reasoning skills to help students better prepare for the Placement season when a large number of top companies visit campus.
The Placement season at IIT Madras involves the following steps:
