Your score on this paper is (4 × correct answers) − (1 × wrong answers). Unattempted questions score 0, and so do questions with more than one option marked. Because NTA cancelled the exam, no official key, rank or cutoff came from this paper, so use your score to measure your preparation, not to predict a rank.

1. Find your code. It is printed on the top right of your booklet. Open the NEET 2026 answer key for that code.
2. Check each answer. Write C next to every correct answer, X next to every wrong one and U next to every unattempted one.
3. Apply the formula. With 120 correct and 30 wrong, your score is (4 × 120) − 30 = 450 marks.
4. Compare by subject. Check your Physics, Chemistry and Biology scores against the good-attempt numbers above.
