Solution:
Since, cylinder and a cone both are have same radius and height.
Therefore,
$\frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}}=\frac{\pi r^{2} h}{\frac{1}{3} \pi r^{2} h}$
$\frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}}=\frac{1}{\frac{1}{3}}$
$\frac{V_{1}}{V_{2}}=\frac{3}{1}$
$V_{1}: V_{2}=3: 1$
