Solution:

For temperature to remain constant, the work done by the system against the surrounding should compensate with the heat that is supplied.

According to the given information,

$\Delta T=0 \Rightarrow \Delta U=0$

Therefore,

$\Delta Q=\Delta U+\Delta W \Rightarrow \Delta Q=\Delta W$
