$2 \pi \mathrm{rh}=4.4 \mathrm{~m}^{2}$

$2 * 3.14^{*} 0.7^{*} \mathrm{~h}=4.4 \mathrm{~m}^{2}$

h = 4.4 ÷ 2 ∗ 3.14 ∗ 0.7

= 1 m

Therefore the height of the cylinder is 1 m.
