$n\left(M \cap P^{\prime} \cap C^{\prime}\right)=n\left\{M \cap(P \cup C)^{\prime}\right\}$

$=n(M)-n\{M \cap(P \cup C)\}$

$=n(M)-n\{(M \cap P) \cup(M \cap C)\}$
