Find the value of $\lambda$ for which the line

$\frac{x-1}{2}=\frac{y-1}{3}=\frac{z-1}{2}$ is parallel to the plane $\bar{r} \cdot(2 \hat{\imath}+3 \hat{\jmath}+4 \hat{k})=4$
