English Class 12 Syllabus 2023-24 (Core English)

Class 12th English examinations held a total of 80 marks together. Whereas, the Assessment of Listening and Speaking Skills consist of 20 Marks, the Assessment of Listening and Speaking Skills, consists of Listening Skills( 5 Marks), Speaking Skills(5 Marks) and Project Work(10 Marks). Importance of Solving Question Paper of Previous Year CBSE Class 12 English Core Exam

As we all know Class 12 English is a lengthy paper and requires huge practice to be able to solve the board exam paper in the allotted time. Solving previous year practice papers helps you get familiar with the exam pattern, marking scheme and regular practice helps you to score high marks.

Answer : Time management is the major factor to scoring well in this examination as CBSE Class 12 English core question paper is quite lengthy. Hence, practice previous year question papers after finishing the syllabus once.

Be aware of some common or current topics related to the environment, politics, sports or value-based topics, it will help you to do well in the writing section; as the writing section is very generalized.

Use The first 15 minutes given for question paper reading to read the comprehension and passages. Attempt the reading section first followed by the Literature Section and then the Writing Section.

Answer : Focus on what is being taught in the class because students don’t give time to this subject at home.
