$\Rightarrow(x-2)^{2}+2^{2}=2^{2}+0^{2}$

$\Rightarrow(x-2)^{2}=\left(2^{2}-2^{2}\right)$

$\Rightarrow(x-2)^{2}=0$

$\Rightarrow x-2=0$

$\Rightarrow x=2$

Hence, the value of $x=2$.
