$=9\left\{\frac{\left(\frac{1}{3}\right)}{\left(1-\frac{1}{3}\right)}\right\}$
$=9^{\frac{\left(\frac{1}{3}\right)}{\left(1-\frac{1}{3}\right)}}$
$=\sqrt{9}$
$=3=\mathrm{RHS}$
