Solution:

$\frac{2^{0}+7^{0}}{5^{0}}=\frac{1+1}{1}$

$=\frac{2}{1}$

$=2$

$\therefore$ The value of $\frac{2^{0}+7^{0}}{5^{0}}$ is 2 .

Hence, the correct option is (b).
