The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education which is also known as RBSE is a board of education that governs school education in Rajasthan state. The Board coordinates and supervises the administration of the school system in Rajasthan. Functions of RBSE

• Conducting secondary, senior secondary, and other state-level examinations in Rajasthan is the primary responsibility of the Rajasthan Board.

• To  make sure holistic development of students, competitions are  being organised at Block, District, and State levels by the Board.to create the most recent RBSE curriculum and syllabus. The committee is responsible for planning a personality development camp, which aids in the kids' growth in self-assurance and optimism. This camp aims at developing the communication skills  among their students. 

• The RBSE also helps to organise sports and cultural programs in schools. 

• The RBSE conducts examinations at school. In case of promotion or transfer in educational institutions, it involved in all government jobs, examinations and appointments.

• THis community involves selecting the teachers for teaching jobs and appointing them according to their qualifications. 

• The committee’s role is to conduct state-level technical skills tests and recruit aspirant for government department jobs and  private firms. 

• The RBSE is involved in setting up all  government high schools, secondary schools, and other state-level schools. 

• For students, the committee hosts international contests such as the International Olympiad on Computer Science, International Olympiad on Physics, and International Olympiad on Mathematics.

• The committee organises conventions and seminars to create awareness among their students about national policies.
